摘要
研究了影响比色法测定猪场废水中氨氮的色度和浊度的消除方法,结果表明:色度和浊度对纳氏试剂比色法和水杨酸分光光度法测定废水中的氨氮含量有一定影响,且对前者的影响大于后者;适当稀释废水样品浓度能减轻色度和浊度的影响,而采用色度校正能有效消除色度和浊度的影响,样品的加标回收率高、操作简便,能准确快速测定废水中的氨氮含量。
A method was established to eliminate the interference of color and turbidity on ammonium nitrogen determination of piggery wastewater by colorimetric method. Results showed color and turbidity had some influence on ammonium nitrogen determination of water by methods of Nessler's reagent's Colorimetry and Salicylic acid spectrophotometry, and the effect on the former was bigger than on the latter. Proper dilution could reduce the influence on ammonium nitrogen determination of piggery wastewater by colorimetric method. Chroma emendation could eliminate effect on ammonium nitrogen determination produced by color and turbidity and had the advantages of high recovery rate and simple operation, so it was suitable for accurate and rapid determination of ammonium nitrogen in water.
