Strategies thought on the talent construction of rural tourism in Guangxi

乡村旅游已成为广西旅游业一道亮丽的风景线及山区农民增收的重要途径。从6个方面深入分析广西乡村旅游发展过程中人力资源所存在的现实问题,并针对这些问题提出了科学培养、全面提升,人才借调、资源共享,校村联袂、互利共赢,加强合作、取长补短,优化体制、吸纳人才,宣传教育,提高重视等一系列发展战略,以确保广西乡村旅游的可持续发展。

The rural tourism has become bright scenery for tourism industry and an important approach on increase of farms in mountain area in Guangxi. The existing actual problems of human resources in the development of rural tourism in Guangxi were thoroughly analyzed from six aspects in the paper. According to these problems, it put forward that a series of strategies including scientific training for complete promotion, temporarily transfer of talent for sharing resources, cooperation between school and village for mutual benefit and win-win, strengthening cooperation for eomplementarities of advantages and disadvantages, optimizing system for attracting talents, publicing and educating, improving attention, etc., should be carried out to ensure the stainable development of rural tourism in Guangxi.
