摘要
在调查研究的基础上,概括了农科大学生专业思想不牢固,经济困难学生比例较高,就业相对困难,社交基础相对较差,课外特长相对较少等非积极性特点;分析这些特点的成因及其对辅导员工作的影响;并立足于辅导员工作角色,就如何做好农科大学生的专业思想教育、助困工作、就业指导和日常教育平台建设等提出相应建议。
On the basis of research, this paper summarized some non-active characteristics of agricultural college students, such as, their subject thinking not solid, a higher proportion of economic-difficulty students, relatively hard employment, poor social basis and less extra-curricular expertise. The paper analyzed its cause and influence on the assistant's work.Then, the paper proposed some suggestions on the assistant's work, such as doing a good job on subject thinking education, poor students work, employment guidance and how routine education plaform construction etc.
