中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效观察

Clinical study on treating oral lichen planus by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的:探讨转移因子胶囊联合血府逐瘀口服液治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法:将104例口腔白斑患者随机分成两组。A组用血府逐瘀口服液和口服转移因子胶囊,B组仅转移因子胶囊。结果:A组显效率及有效率均高于B组。两组间治疗效果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:转移因子胶囊联合学府逐瘀口服液治疗口腔扁平苔藓有明显的效果,值得进一步推广。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects on the patients with oral lichen planus （OLP） treated with traditional Chinese medicine- Xuefuzhuyu Oral Sotution and western medicine--transfer factor.Methods：One hundred and four patients with oral lichen planus were divided into two groups randomly.A Group B was treated to take xue fu zhu yu oral sotution and transfer factor capsules.B group was only treated with transfer factor capsules.Results：The effective rates of group A were significantly higher than that of groups B.Tbere was significant difference between the two groups （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion ：There is significant difference between the two curative projects.ln our opinon,it is more clinical significance in the group treated with Xuefuzhuyu Oral Sotution and transfer factor capsules.
