胰腺炎的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing of pancreatitis

目的:探讨胰腺炎的护理方法及并发症的预防措施。方法:对32例胰腺炎患者在临床治疗的同时,加强心理与基础护理,并观察对疗效的影响。结果:32例患者中治愈28例,治愈率87.5%;死亡4例,病死率12.5%。结论:胰腺炎患者在临床治疗的同时,采取科学主动的护理措施,对于减少并发症的发生、降低病死率、提高治愈率,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective ：To explore the nursing methods of pancreatitis,and preventive measures of complications.Methods：in the clinical treatment of 32 cases of pancreatitis,to strengthen the psychological nursing and observe its effect.Results：Of 32 cases,28 cases were cured with the cure rate 87.5%, four patients died, accounting for 12.5%.Conclusion：In the clinical therapy of the patients with pancreatitis,simultaneously adopting scientific active nursing measures for decreasing complications ,reducing mortality rate and increas- ing curative rate has important clinical significance.
