摘要
在较宽的温度范围(10~35℃)内用模拟料液测定了高放废液分离技术—全分离流程中各物流的密度、粘度、折射率和平衡两相的界面张力,观测了各负载有机相物流的三相产生情况。结果表明为消除全分离流程的三相,操作温度需高于20℃;两相密度差,两相界面张力具有比较合适的范围,但TRPO/煤油有机相和冠醚/正辛醇有机相在平衡前后粘度变化较大,而且受温度的影响较大,是设备设计中必须考虑的因素。
Some physical characteristic data including of density, viscosity, index of refraction and interfacial tension of every solution system of the total partitioning process were measured with simulated high level liquid waste (HLLW). The measuring temperature ranges from 10℃ to 35℃. Based on the measurement of the third phase disappear temperatures of every loaded organic phase, it is confirmed that the minimum operation temperature of the process must be greater than 20℃ in order to eliminate the third phase. The experiments demonstrated that the differences of density and the interfacial tensions of each two equilibrium phases are fit to the extraction operation. The viscosities of TRPO/kerosene mixture and cisdicyclohexano18crown6/noctanol mixture will change obviously after extracted some ions. The viscosities are also effected by the temperature remarkably. These physical characteristic data can be used in experiments and engineering designs.
