摘要
叙述了驱动直流电动机换向对于汽车电动燃油泵运行的作用和意义,分析了直流电动机的换向过程,特别是换向电流的变化。对于这种小尺寸、恒负载的情况下,提出将电刷逆旋转方向移动某一小角度,以抵消换向原件中的电势,实现阻性换向,进而改善换向。试验和仿真验证了该方法简单有效。
This paper described the significance of the commutation performance of the drive DC motor for the operation of the electric fuel pump, and analyzed the principle of the commutation process, especially the variation of commutation current. Considering the requirements of small size and constant load, a method to shift the brush for a small angle in the antirotation direction was proposed to solve the problem of commutation failure, which made electromotive force of commutation cell counteracted, as well as commutation and improved commutation. The test and simulation verifies that this method is valid and plain.
