产品可制造性及评价方法的研究

研究了产品可制造性，提出了一种合理的产品可制造性评价体系。针对产品并行设计过程特点，提出一种分层递阶（三层七阶段）的产品可制造性评价策略。基于面向对象（Ｏ－Ｏ）技术，采用框架与规则混合方式表达可制造性评价知识，建立产品可制造性评价知识库。基于制造知识，对产品可制造性进行模糊综合评价，从而在产品设计过程的早期就考虑制造的因素，指导产品设计，减少设计的反复，使产品开发一次成功，从而缩短产品开发时间，降低产品成本，提高产品质量。为实现产品设计与后续过程的并行打下良好的基础。

The evaluation framework of product manufacturability is presented based on the study of product manufacturability. A hierarchy evaluation method of three levels and seven stages of product manufacturability is presented based on the process of product concurrent design. The knowledge of product manufacturability can be expressed by means of the hybrid of frame and rule based on the objectoriented (OO) technology. The knowledge base of product manufacturability evaluation has been established. The fuzzy evaluation of product manufacturability can be carried out based on the knowledge of design and manufacturing. The time to market of products can be decreased dramatically, and product cost can be lowered, and product quality can be improved. This work has been laid a good foundation for the implementation of product concurrent design.
