摘要
工程设计阶段是造价控制的关键阶段,设计主要通过设计方案的确定和设计质量的控制影响工程造价。该文结合农网建设和改造工程从线路本体工程出发,浅析设计阶段工程造价的控制。
Project design plays a key role in cost control mainly through determination of design scheme and control of design quality. It is addressed in the paper in terms of power transmission line design for rural power grid construction and modification.
