国内的商业地产的商业模式具体分为以下五种,即:整体租赁不售产权的模式,分零租赁不售产权的模式、整体租赁经营零售产权的返租模式、分零租赁经营零售产权的模式、零售零租与整租不售的商业模式等,接下来对这些模式一一进行分析。
