中国传统文化对公务员行政心态的负面影响并不能否定中国传统文化在当今社会仍具有的时代价值。儒家积极入世的行政心态与道家淡泊宁静的治世心态形成心灵的互补。积极与宁静是公务员阳光行政心态的重要内涵。文章主要是从儒道经典中找寻公务员阳光行政心态的重要内涵和自我修养的思想方法。

Chinese traditional culture still have some of them had negative impact. From classical the value of the times in today＇s society although works of Confucianism and Taoism, public servant can seek the important connotation of sunny administration mentality and improve self--enrichment. Confucianism advocates a positive attitude,but Taoism advocates tranquility of mind. They are complementary in soul. This paper draw a conclusion that positive and tranquil mood is important connotation of the public servant＇s sunny administration mentality.
