摘要
介绍国产600 MW汽轮机低压旁路减压阀内漏对机组经济性的影响,分析认为内漏是锅炉再热器及所属系统检修后产生的焊渣所致,提出在低压旁路入口管加装蒸汽过滤器及对减压笼罩扩孔开槽的处理措施,并详细论述具体实施过程及效果。
Inner leak of the homemade 600 MW turbine low pressure bypass reduces the unit economic. After analysis, it is considered that the inner leak is caused by the weld clinkers from of the boiler reheater and accessorial system after examination. The measures are brought forward, such as the steam filter is installed in the pressure bypass enter tube. The actualize course and effect are discussed.
