摘要 介绍并初步分析了氨法烟气调质技术的机理、工艺流程及在国外燃煤电厂的成功应用。工程实践表明,针对不同煤种和实际烟气工况,在电除尘器入口烟道中喷入适量氨能显著提高电除尘器的效率,降低粉尘排放量。提出NH3+SO3混合调质技术也是改善电除尘器除尘性能的经济有效的方法之一,国内燃煤电厂应针对自身煤质特点开展多元化、混合型烟气调质技术的研究和应用。 The mechanism and process flows of the ammonia conditioning are introduced. The use of flue gas conditioning with ammonia in abroad thermal power stations is presented. Many engineering practices show that flue gas conditioning with ammonia increases the collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitators and thereby results in reduction of the suspended particulate matter. Ammonia conditioning or NH3 + SO3 conditioning is an effective measure to improve the performance of ESP, and should be carried out by domestic coal-fired power plants according to their own situation.
