Abstract In relation to demand for production and operation management of our corporation, the asstumption of construction of modem production management model （TPM） of wastewater treatment plant has been investigated from three directions, which are the problems of production management of wastewater treatment plant, the design principles of production management model, and the plans of TPM production management model.
