摘要 介绍汽轮机轴系调整的过程,分析原调整工艺存在的轴瓦移动量计算误差、轴瓦垫铁调整量计算误差和顶部间隙超标现象,给出轴瓦移动量计算与θ的合理取值、刮研垫铁等理论计算与实际操作相结合的工艺改进措施。改进后的调整工艺,不仅可解决原调整工艺存在的问题,而且缩短了轴系调整的工作时间,减少调整次数。 This paper introduces adjustment process of turbine bearing,analyzes the problems in original adjustment craft from the aspects of calculation error of bearing moving number,calculation error of bearing pad block adjustment number,and ultra-standard of top clearance, raises the craft improvement measures combining with theoretical calculation and practice operation, including the logical number between the bearing adjustment number calculation and θ, scraping pad block. After improvement, the problems have been han- dled,and also the worktime and times of bearing adjustment are reduced.
