选择性腰动脉栓塞在钛笼植入治疗腰椎肿瘤的临床意义

Clinical significance of selective lumbar arteries embolism in surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine tumors with titan cage implantation

目的:探讨选择性腰动脉栓塞钛笼植入治疗胸腰椎肿瘤的疗效。方法:行肿瘤切除钛笼植入治疗胸腰椎肿瘤13例。结果:13例术后均获得7～36个月随访,神经功能恢复满意,钛笼植入获得骨性融合,脊柱稳定性良好。结论:肿瘤椎体切除,采用钛笼植入可重建脊柱支撑,术前节段性腰动脉栓塞可减少出血量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of selective lumbar arteries embolism in surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine tumors with titan cage implantation.Methods ：To perform resection of tumor and the insertion of titan cage implantation for 13 eases with thoracic and lumbar spine tumors.Results： 13 cases were followed up for 7-36 months. The surgeries were successful,the neural function recovered satisfactorily. Titan cage implantation obtained bonefusion and the spinal stability was restored. Condusion：The resection of tumor and insertion of titan cage implantation can reestablish spine stability.Preoperative vertebra arterial embolism during operation can reduce bleeding.
