心内膜弹力纤维增生症合并肺炎患儿的护理

Nursing experiences of 35 patients with endocardial fibroelastosis accompanied with pneumonia

目的:总结35例心内膜弹力纤维增生症合并肺炎患儿的护理特点,以利于提高患儿的存活率。方法:分析我科35例心内膜弹力纤维增生症合并肺炎患儿行控制心力衰竭,维持心脏功能,改善通气功能,保证营养供给,防止感染,作好药物治疗的护理和心理护理。结果:35例患儿经积极治疗和精心护理,心力衰竭得到有效控制,病情明显好转出院。结论:积极控制心力衰竭,改善通气功能,严密观察病情(护理)和出院指导是心内膜弹力纤维增生症合并肺炎患儿缩短住院日数,取得较好疗效的保证。

Objective：To summarize the nursing experiences of 35 patients with endocardial fibroelastosis accompanied with pneumonia for improving its survival rate.Methods：To analyze the materials of 35 cases of endocardial fibroelastosis accompanied with pneumonia in our hospital from March, 2004 to March, 2008.All patients were treated with controlling heart failure, improving breath func- tion, giving nutrition and preventing infection.And all patients were well received medicine treatment and physiology nursing.Results：35 cases were all recovered and discharged after treatment and nursing.Conclusion：it is the basis for the patients of endoeardial fibroelastosis accompanied with pneumonia to control heart failure ,improve breath function and intensively nurse them.
