摘要
目的:探讨保守治疗对前置胎盘预后的影响。方法:对我院126例前置胎盘病例进行回顾性分析。结果:126例经保守治疗孕周平均延长3～62天。结论:保守治疗可延长孕周,提高新生儿成活率。
Objective ：To study the effect of conservative treatment on prognosis of placenta praevia.Methods ：Retrospective analysis was done on the 126 patients with placenta praevia from Jan.2006 to June,2008 in our hospital.Results：The gestational week of 126 cases was increased 3-62 d.Conclusion：The consevative treatment to placenta praevia can increase gestation week and survival rate of newborn.
