摘要
5μmol/L的苹果酸铁能够促进趋磁细菌WD-1合成和分泌铁载体-氧肟酸,外源铁浓度过高又能抑制其合成和分泌.WD-1菌株在其生长过程中并不是均匀地合成和分泌铁载体,而是根据自身对铁的需求即可获得性铁源浓度调节铁载体的合成与分泌.
Biosynthesis and secretion of siderophore by Magnetotactic bacterium WD 1 is induced by 5 μmol/L ferric malate and inhibited by high ferric concentration.During its growth, siderophore cant be synthesized and secreted constantly,but is regulated by its ferric requirement and obtainable ferric concentration from its environment.Magnetotactic bacteria WD 1 produces the hydroxamate siderophores.
