脊髓髓内海绵状血管瘤研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 脊髓海绵状血管瘤（spinaleavernollShemangioma，SCH）亦称脊髓海绵状血管畸形，近年来随着MRI的广泛应用，此病例的报告不断增加。SCH根据发生部位分为髓内型、硬脊膜内髓外型、硬脊膜外型、椎体型，其中以髓内型最多见，其自然病程中可因出血、瘤体增大而压迫、破坏脊髓或神经根引起严重的脊髓损害。出现不同临床症状。本文就脊髓髓内型海绵状血管瘤的流行病学、病理及临床表现与治疗作一综述。
