摘要
报道了月桂酸修饰SOD的方法,获得了高比活力、高稳定性、高回收率的月桂酸修饰SOD,其对温度、pH、人胃液的稳定性均远高于天然SOD。
This paper reports the method how to modify SOD by lauric acid. By this method, we can obtain high specific activity,high stability and high recovery rate modified SOD. The modified SOD exhibits more stability towards temperature,pH and human gastric juice as compared with natural SOD,and it can be stored in room temperature for a long time. This product can enlarge the applicable facet of SOD.Then it has abroad social and economic benefits.
