摘要
介绍了数字电路仿真软件LASAR的功能与特点,阐述了利用LASAR开发数字电路板TPS(测试程序集)的详细流程。说明了通过LASAR软件开发TPS具有高效率、高精确性等优点,在自动测试与故障诊断中具有广阔的前景。
As an advanced digital circuit simulation software, LASAR is introduced with its function feature in this paper and expounds the particular process of how to develop TPS of digital board by using LASAR. It shows that designing of TPS based on LASAR software has many strongpoint such as high efficiency and accuracy, it has wide foreground in automatic test and fault diagnosis.
