It is found that KNOFunction of the multiplicity distribution obeys a differential equation.Landau's inequality shows that the reciprocal fluctuationsαB(gR)≤αmaxB,αmaxB=4.And αB(gR) is proportional to the anomalous dimension of Bose quantum fields.Mass effects of the reciporocal fluctuations are discussed.
