摘要
利用高效液相色谱法测定蛋黄中的维生素E含量,以甲醇为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,用紫外检测器在292 nm处检测,试验结果表明,蝇蛆蛋黄中维生素E含量最高,而松花蛋蛋黄中维生素E含量最低。该测定方法的平均回收率为94.8%,测定标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 0,平均标准偏差2.07,线性关系良好,且方法简便,重现性好。
The determination of vitamin E content in yolk by high performance liquid chromatography is described. The vitamin E contents are eluted with methanol mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected by ultraviolet detector at 292 nm. The results show that there is the highest vitamin E contents in yolk of yingqu eggs, but the lowest in yolk of preserved eggs. The average recovery rate of this method is 94.8% ,the linearity relative coefficients is 0. 999 0, and the average standard deviation is 2.07. This method possesses the advantages of easy operation and good reproducibility.
