摘要
通过对红霉素结晶后的母液进行再利用,获得红霉素乳酸盐和硫氰酸红霉素,从而确立了红霉素结晶母液回收再利用的工艺,提高了红霉素的总收率;同时也有效解决了硫氰酸红霉素结晶罐的罐垢问题。
Through the reuse of the liquid after erythromycin crystallization, lactic acid erythromycin and erythromycin thiocyanate were obtained. Thus, the process of re-utilization of erythromycin can be established so as to enhance the retrieving rate of erythromycin, and at the same times, the problem of dirt on the wall of erythromycin thiocyanate crystallization vessel can be solved.
