抗磷脂综合征合并急性心肌梗死一例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料 患者，男，22岁。主诉心前区疼痛4d，加重9h入院。患者4d前无诱因出现心前区疼痛，不伴放射，几分钟后自行缓解。未重视。入院前9h再发心前区疼痛，伴出汗，2无心悸、恶心、呕吐、反酸，呈持续性，求诊治科入院。
