摘要
通过对一起煤制油加工车间中间罐区火灾原因调查过程的深入剖析,从现场勘查、调查访问到技术鉴定,多方面科学、客观地分析论证,认定了同一油罐两次爆燃引起火灾的原因。
By intensive analysis of this conflagration accident in Centre Jar Area of Oil Refinery,in respect of spot inspection,inquisition,technical expertise,and scientific demonstration,the cause of arousing a conflagration in same oil jar twice detonation accordingly is defined.
