摘要
针对当前部队干部信息管理当中存在的大量有用信息得不到充分利用的现状,将数据仓库技术运用到干部信息处理当中,从而为干部部门提供了干部培养与使用的决策支持信息,并促使相关部门更好地开展工作,提高决策质量。
The large amount of useful information in the data management systems of army cadres currently can not be effectively used. According to this situation, this paper proposes a application of the data warehouse. It supplys the decision support information which is used in the training and employment of the officers for the cadre management department. It can also prompts related units to develop the work and improve the quality of decision-making.
