摘要
以经典报童模型为基础,提出1个以经销商为中心的改进模型。其基本思路是:经销商积极争取与供应链上下游企业合作,通过满足一些合作的约束条件,压缩采购提前期,调整产品订购时期,达到降低不匹配成本的目的。据此,求出合作的临界点t*,并得出企业只有在(t*,T1]内作出采购决策,才能对企业降低不匹配成本具有积极意义。
An improved newsboy problem model was put forward in which dealer as central enterprise actively tries for cooperation with supply chain upstream and downstream business. The dealer meets some cooperative constraints, compresses procurement lead time and adjusts the period of purchasing in order to reduce mismatch costs. At last, this paper obtains the critical point t * of cooperation and concludes that it is meaningful for enterprise to reduce mismatch costs through cooperation only between( t * , T1 ].
