摘要
在空间自由曲面的激光加工中,如何采用一机多用的形式,充分发挥设备和激光器的效率,并保证加工质量,有一定的难度.针对上述难点,结合多用途数控三维激光加工机床的应用,从激光光束及传输特性、激光头轨迹控制、焦点位置控制等方面作了探讨和研究.
In laser cutting of free cured surfaces in space, it is somewhat difficult to make one machinesuitable for multi-purpose promote efficiency of the devices and the laser generator. By applyingmulti-propose machine tool for 3D laser cutting, some research has been made on laser beam and itstransmission feature, controlling locus of the top of laser beam and focus position of laser.
