Emergency measure and management of craniocerebral firearm injury

火器伤在战争中及和平时期均是常见的损伤,其中尤以颅脑火器伤预后最差。对颅脑火器伤的受伤机制、病理及病理生理改变、救治策略的研究意义重大。本文对目前研究中发现的颅脑火器伤受伤机制及伤后病理形态、病理生理的改变及其一般救治原则和具体救治策略进行综述。

Firearm injuries are very common in war and peacetime. Of all these injuries,craniocerebral firearm injury is the most serious one with worst prognosis. Studies on the mechanism,pathologic and pathophysiological changes and the medical management of craniocerebral firearm injury are very important. And the findings of injury mechanism, pathologic features ,pathophysiological changes and the general principles as well as specific managements of craniocerebral firearm injuries are summaried here.
