摘要
目的探讨持续腰池引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床价值。方法126例蛛网膜下腔出血患者分成治疗组(60例)和对照组(66例),治疗组行持续腰池引流,同时给予内科保守治疗,对照组给予单纯内科保守治疗。结果治疗组患者头痛、颈项强直持续时间和昏迷时间均较对照组明显缩短(P(0.05),死亡和并发症发生率也明显低于对照组(P(0.05)。结论持续腰池引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血简单易行、安全有效,在基层医院有一定临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of continued lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage （CLCFD） in the management of subaraehnoid hemorrhage （SAH）. Methods 126 patients with SAH were divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （66 cases）. Patients in both groups accepted the routine conservative treatment. And CLCFD was applied to those in the treatment group. Results The duration of headache, neck rigidity and coma were significantly shorter in the treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The mortality and complications ratio was significantly lower in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions CLCFD is a simple, convenient and highly effective therapeutic management in the SAH patients. It can be promoted in the Primary Hospital.
