摘要
目的探讨连续多台腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术管理要点,建立手术室配合工作流程。方法2007年2月至2008年2月的1000例（台）腹腔镜胆囊切除术作为对照组,2008年3～12月的1000例（台）腹腔镜胆囊切除术作为流程改进组,比较两组的术前用物准备时间及手术时间。结果与对照组比较,流程改进组平均术前用物准备时间和平均手术时间均明显缩短（P〈0.01）。结论良好的手术配合管理流程,使有限的资源得到合理的调配和使用,能提高手术配合质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the key points of operation room management in continuous multiple laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） ,to establish the operation compounding standard. Methods 1000cases （from 2007.2 to 2008.2） who undertook LC were divided to control group ,another 1000 cases（ from2008.3 to2008. 12） were divided to experiment group. The prepare time before operation and operation time of the two groups were compared. Results The prepare time before operation and operation time were shorter in experiment group than that of control group. Conclusion Good operation room management can improve the quality of operation and increase the efficiency of operation room.
