废聚苯乙烯泡沫再模塑的研究

摘要 把废聚苯乙烯WPS泡沫块经清洗、破碎、圆整和活化后,直接在可发性聚苯乙烯EPS泡沫成型机中再模塑成新的泡沫制品,变一次性使用为多次性循环利用,有效消除“白色垃圾”对环境的污染,开辟了WPS泡沫利用的新途径,介绍了WPS泡沫再模塑的原理、方法、工艺条件和再模塑泡沫制品的质量标准. Through washing, breaking, and rounding off etc., waste polystyrene (WPS) foamchunks are turned to pearl particles and their likes with smooth surface. Activize these pearl particlesand their likes under the 0. 0~0. 1 MPa pressure and 25~35℃with 5 %~8% YMH active agent,then remodeling them on a new model to produce new polystyrene (PS) foam products which havegood quality. According with the demands of the plastic trade standard of the P. R. ChinaQB/T164992, the method transforms all WPS in environment into new beneficial PS foam products reusedcirculatively,which can protect environment effectively from pollution of WPS foam.
