分析辽宁省"三大需求"增长对GDP增长的贡献率,揭示辽宁经济增长过程及其演进的内在规律。根据辽宁经济增长走势和目前国际经济危机形势,提出进一步加强民生工作、提高城乡居民收入、合理利用民间资本、发展高新技术产业等建议,以使辽宁经济继续保持较高增长。

The paper analyzed the pulling effect of the three demanes on the GDP growth of Liaoning province, and revealed the evolution process of Liaoning economic growth and its inherent rules. According to the economic growth trends and the current international economic crisis situation, it put forward the suggestions to maintain high growth of Liaoning＇ s economy, i.e. further strengthening the work of the people＇ s livelihood, improving urban and rural incomes, rationally using private capital, developing high-tech industries.
