摘要
从诠释生态港口群的定义、内涵及特征出发,分析辽宁省建设生态港口群的必要性,构建建设生态港口群的策略体系,并提出辽宁省建设生态港口群的对策。
The paper started from the interpretation of the definition, the connotations and characteristics of ecological port group, and analyzed the necessity of the ecological port group construction in Liaoning province. Then it built the strategy system for the construction of the ecological port group. Finally, it put forward the countermeasures for Liaoning province ecological port group construction.
