摘要
将企业看成是一个开放系统,个体看成是组成系统的基本元素,由系统的柔性导出了个体柔性的存在性,通过分析个体在企业中所承担工作的性质及其表现出来的应变能力,揭示了个体柔性的本质,在此基础上建立了个体柔性的概念并通过引进决策比例和不确定性程度合理地度量了柔性,避免了柔性的扩大化.
An enterprise is viewed as an open system, and an individual as an element in the system.Analyzing the individual role and the ability appeared in the role of an organization reveal the essenceof individual flexibility. Based on the analysis, definition of flexibility is given, and the flexibility ofindividuals at different hierarchies measured reasonably by introducing the degree of uncertainty andthe ratio of decision avoiding enlargement of the flexibility.
