摘要
用火棉胶包埋,Nissl,Luxol固蓝──克紫和Weel氏染色方法,对成年北京鸭的前庭核和耳蜗核各亚核的位置、细胞构筑进行了研究。测量和计算出前庭核和耳蜗核各亚核的长度。细胞胞体的直径,并按脑体直径大小将细胞分型,统计出各亚核不同类型细胞所占百分比。结果如下:前庭核各亚核的长度分别是前庭背内侧核(2.75±0.12)mm、前庭降核(2.03±0.15)mm、前庭腹外侧核(1.77±0.18)mm、前庭上核(0.90±0.09)mm、前庭背外侧核(0.78±0.09)mm、切线核(0.45±0.04)mm。耳蜗核各亚核的长度分别是耳蜗大细胞核(1.46±0.07)mm、板核(1.34±0.12)mm、角核(1.26±0.10)mm。前庭背内侧核绝大多数是小细胞,仅有少量中型细胞。前庭降核、前庭背外侧核、切线核和前庭上核主要由中、小细胞构成,还有少量大细胞。前庭脏外侧核主要由大、中、小细胞构成,还有少量巨细胞。耳蜗大细胞核、板核和角核均以小细胞为主,仅有少量中型细胞在在。本研究还结合禽类和哺乳类的有关文献对北京鸭的前庭核和耳蜗核与其它禽类和哺乳类的相应核团进行比较和讨论。
This paper has dealt with the cytoarchiteture and location of the subnuclei of the vestibular nucleus and cochlear nucleus of Peking duds' brain which wer embedded in celloidin and stained by Nissl method, Luxol fast blue and Weil's method. The length and the diameter of the cell bodies of the subnuclei were measured. According to the diamater of cell bodies, the type of cells was classified. The percentage of different type of cells of the subnuclei were counted. The result was as follows:The length of the subnuclei of the vesibular nucleus are VeM (2.75±0. 12)nnn, Ved (2.03 ±0. l5)mm, VeL (1 .77 ±0. 18)mm, VS (0.90±0. 09)mm, VDL (0.78 ±0.09)mm and Ta (0.45 ±0.04)mm. The length of the subnuclei ofthe cochlear nucleus are Mc (1 .46 ± 0 .07)mm, La (1.34 ± 0. 12)mm and An (1 .26 ± 0. 10)mm. VeM consists of manly small cells and has only a few medium-sized cells. VeD,VDL,Taand VS consist of mainly small and medium-sized cell and have a few larg cells. VeL consistsof mainly small medium-sized and large cells and has a few giant cells. Mc. La and An consist of mainly Small cells and have only a few medium-sized cells. The present study comares and discusses the vestibular nucleus and cochlear nucleus of Peking ducks with other bird's and mammals' papers.
