水工隧洞运营期风险管理应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对水工隧洞运营期管理存在的问题,如何减少事故发生率,减少灾害损失是亟待解决的问题,引入风险管理技术,对隧洞运营期风险水平和风险后果进行了等级分类,分析了隧洞管理中风险成本~风险效益之间的关系,归纳了隧洞耐久性的影响因素,采用专家调研法,根据工程实例,评价了水工隧洞的风险等级,提出了隧洞处理措施,实现了风险分析方法在水工隧洞运营期风险管理中的应用,为水工隧洞管理提供了借鉴的范例。 How to reduce the accident rate and disaster losing is an urgent problem for the administration in the operation period of a hydraulic engineering tunnel. The method of risk administration is introduced. The grade of risk level and risk aftereffect is classified. The authors analyzed the relation between risk cost and risk benefit in the administration of tunnel, and induced influence factors of tunnel durability. Adopting the method of expert investigation, the risk grade of the hydraulic tunnel is evaluated and the disposal measure is put forward. The application of risk analysis method is realized in the administration of the hydraulic tunnel. Finally, a practical ease study of risk analysis is presented.
