基于直方图均衡的眼底图像增强及其MATLAB仿真

摘要 为了从眼底图像中获得较多的诊断信息,有必要对眼底图像进行增强处理.采用了直方图均衡法对眼底图像进行增强处理,并用MATLAB软件进行仿真实验.通过处理前后图像的对比,可以看出处理后的眼底图像的轮廓及细节清晰度明显提高.说明直方图均衡法对增强眼底图像有较好的效果. In order to obtain more diagnostic information from fundus oculi images; it is necessary to enhance the fundus oculi images. The paper adopts the histogram equalization method to enhance the fundus image, and does a simulation experiment with MATLAB software. By comparing the images before and after treatment, the outline and details of the processed fundus images are improved in clarity. It shows that the histogram equalization method can enhance fundus oculi images with better results.
