4个大麦品种旗叶光合特性与农艺性状关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究不同大麦品种光合特性与产量之间的关系,选用4个产量差异显著的春性大麦品种在灌浆期测定了旗叶光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度和蒸腾速率,分析了旗叶光合特性和农艺性状之间的关系。结果表明:光合速率与主要农业性状间不存在显著的正相关联系,甚至光合速率与产量性状呈显著负相关。因此,选育高光效的春性大麦品种只用光合速率作为选择指标是不够全面的。 The photosynthetic rate ( Pn), stomatal conductance ( Gs), CO2 concentration among cells (Ci) and tran-spiration rate (Tr) of flag leaf in 4 spring barley cultivars significantly differed in yield were measured during grain filling period and the relationship between photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaf and agronomic traits was analyzed. The result showed that the photosynthetic rate was not positively and significantly correlated with traits affecting yield. Indeed, the negative correlation was detected between photosynthetic rate and some traits affecting yield. So,it is not enough that the photosynthetic rate is regarded as selection parameter during breeding spring cultivar with high photosynthetic ability.
