汉、维吾尔、哈萨克三民族血脂与脂肪肝的关系分析

A Relevance Study on Blood Lipid Level and Fatty Liver between Han、Uighur and Hazakh Populations

为探讨汉、维吾尔、哈萨克三个民族患脂肪肝发病情况及是否存在差异。采用超声诊断仪对脂肪肝进行检测,并测定血脂四项。结果显示受调查1152人中,患有脂肪肝379人,其中大多数血脂异常。由此可知脂肪肝在不同民族之间分布不同,脂肪肝患者中血脂异常是其危险因素。

To study the distribution of fatty Iiver difference among han ,uighur and hazakh people ,simultaneously, the correlation between blood-fat and fatty Iiver. To make analysis on the check-out fatty liver and blood-fat by applying the standard regarding fatty liver ultrasonic diagnosis and standard of judgement for blood-fat. Among the 1152 subjects,379 subjects with fatty Iiver;most of them,blood-fat is anomal, distribution of fatty liver is difference among han ,uighur and hazakh people, meanwhile, blood-fat is the risk factor of fatty liver .
