摘要 本文通过原位自由基聚合法制得CdS/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合材料,采用FT-IR、TEM、TGA、UV-vis、荧光光谱考察了CdS纳米晶及CdS/PMMA材料的结构和性能。结果表明,巯基乙醇是以化学键形式与镉原子相结合,CdS纳米晶和CdS/PMMA材料均发出明显的橙红色光,具有良好的光致发光性能。 This paper successfully obtained CdS/polymethylmethacrylate nanocomposite (PMMA)via free radical polymerization in situ. The structure and properties of CdS nanocrystal and CdS/PMMA nanocomposite were investigated by FT-IR,TEM,TGA, UV-vis and photoluminescence spectrum,respectively. The results indicate that the formation of robust bonding between CdS nanocrystals and the organic ligand occurs in this case. It is also shown that the good optical materials of CdS nanocrystals and CdS/PMMA nanocomposite display visible light of orange red colour.
