二氧化钛表面修饰的氧化锌纳米棒膜的光催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用两步化学法制备了氧化锌纳米棒膜,再通过溶胶-凝胶法对氧化锌纳米棒膜进行二氧化钛表面修饰改性.通过XRD、SEM和模拟太阳光下的光催化降解实验等手段研究和分析了氧化锌纳米棒的生长行为及光催化活性.结果表明:两步化学法所制备氧化锌纳米棒主要为c-轴取向生长;二氧化钛表面修饰后可以明显改善氧化锌纳米棒膜的光催化活性和光催化稳定性. ZnO nanorod film was first prepared by two-step chemical method, and then modified with TiO2 nanoparticles by sol-gel process. The modified nanorod film was characterized by XRD and SEM. Its photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photodegradation of methylene blue under simulated sunlight. From XRD and SEM measurements, the as-prepared ZnO nanorods present c-axis orientation. It was found that the TiOz surface-modification can improve the photocatalytic activity and (photo) chemical stability of the ZnO nanorod film.
