摘要
目的建立作业场所空气中丙烯酰胺气相色谱直接测定的方法。方法用水作吸收液,冲击式吸收管采样,样品直接进气相色谱(FID)测定,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果所建方法的线性范围5~500μg/ml,回归方程Y=5.9601X-1.643,r=0.9998;方法检出限0.5μg/ml,最低检测浓度为0.04mg/m3(采样体积60L计);采样效率达100%;样品在吸收管中可稳定5d。结论通过实验室和现场试验,证明本法简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好。可满足职业卫生检测要求。
[ Objective ] To establish the direct measurement of acrylamide in the air of workshop by gas chromatography ( GC) . [Methods]The air sample was collected in the impactive absorption pipette with water as absorbing liquid, then immediately analyzed by GC ( FID } to retain the qualitative time and the quantitative apex height or area. [ Results ] The linearity range was 5 - 500μg/mi. The linear regression formula was Y=5. 9601 X - 1. 643,r =0. 9998. The limit of detection was 0.51μg/ml. The mini- mum detectable concentration was 0.04 rag/m3 (60 L sampling volume) . The sampling efficiency was 100%. The sample could store at least 5 days in absorption pipette. [ Conclusion ] This method is proved to be convenient, rapid, sensitive and repetitive through laboratory and field test. It satisfies the needs of occuoation health determination.
