摘要
目的调查本次食物中毒的病原,防止此类食物中毒的发生。方法采用流行病学调查方法,对患者血液与肛拭子样本及部分中餐食品进行实验室检测。结果22名患者的肛拭子均检出副溶血性弧菌,血常规显示,白细胞计数升高〔(14.81~20.53)×109/L〕。结论该次食物中毒是由副溶血性弧菌污染食品所引起,要加强餐饮配送行业的监督管理,提高从业人员的卫生意识。
[ Objective ] To investigate the pathogen of the food poisoning case, prevent such kind of food poisoning. [ Methods ] The blood and anus swab samples of patients, and some lunch foods were analyzed by epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests. [ Results ] Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in the anus swab samples of 22 patients, and the blood routine examination showed that white blood cell count increased. [ Conclusion ] The food poisoning was caused by vibrio parabemolytieus. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and administration of catering distribution, and imnrove health of emplovees.
