目的探讨建设项目职业病危害预评价中存在的问题及解决方法,规范建设项目职业病危害预评价工作。方法通过对建设项目职业病危害预评价实际工作中存在的问题加以分析,找出问题产生的原因,结合职业卫生基础理论、有关法律法规提出解决对策。结果建设项目职业病危害预评价中存在着预评价时间的争议、检查表法的运用、类比调查、单元划分与评价等问题。结论建设项目职业病危害预评价工作应更加具体和规范。

[Objective]To explore the existed problem in pre - evaluation of occupational hazards of construction projects, and standardize the evaluation of occupational hazards of construction projects. [ Methods] Through the analysis of problem in practical work of Pre-evaluation, the eanses of the problem was identified, and the countermeasures for solving them were put forward based on basic theory of occupational health and the relevant laws and regulations. [ Results ] Disputations of pre-evaluation time, the use of check list method, analog investigation, and unit classification and evaluation, ete existed in. [ Conclusion ] Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards of construction projects should be more specific and normative.
