摘要
借鉴不同作物分子标记技术的研究成果,通过对玉米分子标记技术体系中组织DNA提取步骤、PCR扩增、电泳检测等环节的优化,初步建立了以5μL反应体系为基础的PCR检测方法。该方法可以加快玉米重要性状的分子标记检测速度,降低玉米分子标记检测过程中的消耗。
Micro-PCR amplification system with the improvement of DNA extraction, PCR amplification system, electrophoresis detection on maize was constructed based on results of molecular marker technology of different crops, initially established the 5 μL reaction system on the basis of PCR detection. These systems could accelerate the process of molecular marker detection of important traits and decrease the cost of molecular marker technology in maize.
