摘要
以玉米品种唐丰99和农大62为材料,研究了不同密度处理对光合、呼吸和产量的影响。结果表明,随着密度的增加,两个品种叶绿素含量(Chl)、可溶性蛋白含量(Pro)、光合速率(Pn)、千粒重及产量均降低,而叶绿素a/b值、呼吸速率(R)升高;两个品种千粒重对密度反应敏感,行粒数和穗粒数唐丰99比农大62对密度反应敏感。在冀东地区唐丰99和农大62最适宜的种植密度为45000株/hm2。
Effect of density on photosynthesis, respiration and yield were studied with Tangfeng99 and Nongda62 as the test crops under different densities. The results showed that the Chl, Pro, Pn, 1 000-grain weight and yield were declined with increasing density, but Chl and R were increased. The 1 000-grain weight was sensitive to density, kernel numbers per row and kernel number per ear of Tangfeng99 were more sensitive than Nongda62. The suitable density of Tangfeng99 and Nongda62 was 45 000 number/ha in the eastern of Hebei.
