摘要
本文研究了快速镍刷镀层的耐磨性及工艺参数对镀层磨性的影响,结果表明:快速镍刷镀层耐磨性高于45#淬火和低温镀铁层,与球墨铸铁等温淬火相近,抗粘着磨损和抗冲击负荷的能力远远高于低温镀铁层。最佳工艺参数为:电压14V,镀液温度40℃,相对速度为12m/min。
This study reports the wearability and its influence factors on the brush plating.The result shows that the wearability of TDY102 brush plating is greater than that of 45# steel quench and low temperature iron plating,which is approximategy equal to that of nodular cast iron constant temperature quench,and that its adhesive wear-resistance and impulsive force-resistance are much greater than that of low temperature iron plating.The technological requirements:voltage 14V,temperature of bursh plating liquid 40℃,relative velocity 12m/min.
